Accessing the POS System
Step 1: Navigate to the Trandau Website
- Open your web browser
- Go to the main homepage: https://trandau.net
- Look for the "POS" link in the navigation menu
- Click on this link - it will open the POS system in a new tab
Step 2: Access the POS Login Page
- The POS system will open at **https://trandau.net/pos/public/
- You'll see the login screen with options to sign in or register a new business
Registering Your Business
Step 1: Start Registration
- On the POS page (https://trandau.net/pos/public/)
- Look for the "Register" button at the top right corner of the page
- Click this button to begin the registration process
Step 2: Enter Business Information Details
- Business Name: Enter your official business name as registered
- Business Type: Select from options like Retail, Restaurant, Service, etc.
- Currency: Choose your primary operating currency
- Financial Year: Select when your financial year starts
- Business Logo: Upload your company logo (recommended size: 300x300px)
- Time Zone: Select your business location's time zone
Step 3: Enter Contact Information
- Business Phone: Your primary contact number
- Business Email: Official email address for notifications
- Website: Your business website (optional)
- Business Address: Complete physical address including:
- Street address
- City/Town
- State/Province
- Postal/ZIP code
- Country
Step 4: Create Administrator Account
- Owner Name: Full name of the business owner
- Email Address: This will be your login username
- Password: Create a strong password
- Must be at least 10 characters
- Should include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
- Avoid using easily guessable information
- Confirm Password: Re-enter your password
Step 7: Review and Confirm
- Carefully check all entered information
- Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Click "Complete Registration" to finalize your business setup
Step 8: Verification Process
- A verification email will be sent to your registered email address
- Click the verification link in the email to activate your account
- Once verified, you'll be directed to your new business dashboard
After Registration: Initial Setup Checklist
After registering your business, you should complete these important setup tasks:

Configure Tax Settings:
- Set up tax rates applicable to your business
- Configure tax groups if you have multiple tax types

- If you have multiple stores/branches, add each location
